What I want for Christmas...

- A cake. WHICH IS NOT A LIE, BY THE WAY, BUT VERY DELICIOUS AND I MUST EAT IT.
-A sewing machine. For cosplay and other means of bastardization.
-Gunbuster DVD, for the win. And then Diebuster, because I'm CLANGCLANGCLANG for Nono. ;__;
-A big box of chocolates.
-Silabus.

ALRIGHT GUYS, IT’S TIME FOR A STEREOTYPICAL EMO LIVEJOURNAL RANT!

My birthday is in teh four days; and ironically its getting celibrated on Thanksgiving. As my brother says "IT'S IRONIC, BECAUSE WE'RE NOT THANKFUL YOU'RE HERE!"

Oh ho.
Someone's getting their head rammed in the kitchen cubbords.

On a brighter note, I'm starting my cosplay AGAIN. God, I'm starting to believe I won't get it done in time. But I have the fabric for the coat down, as well as the pattern and the pants. The wig I plan to get sometime next weekend, as well as make the prop dual daggers.

...AAARRRRGGHHHH! I only have three weeks to do all of this. Not to mention go out and buy the fabric for the underside of the coat as well as my shirt. And binding tape. D: 

So school finally started up, and I gotta say that I was suprised to find out I had two of my art courses in the same semester. It kind of bummed me out since I was hoping I could get it spread out more, but I can't complain. This semester will be a breeze (hopefully) so then I'll have time to rest and recouperate for the next semester ahead. It'll also help me work-wise since I plan to start some time in November.

So for my courses, I got Anthro/Socio/Psycho, Media Art, World Religion, and Visual Art. And then, next semester is: Biology, English, Math and World History. D: I better get something straightened out with my guidance councelor so I don't get the same problem I'm having with this year. 


But asides from that, I'm also going to try and get my mask generally made over this weekend alongside buying the fabric for my coat. It'll be doublesided, so that means more money. D: GOD DAMNIT! 

*headdesk*

So I finally got around to making my paper-mache mask for my Hei cosplay. Took a full bloody day to put it on layer by layer... but it is now finish. And it looks primitive, but snazzy. :D I shall probably cover it in a paper mache paste mixed with white glue to smooth out those annoying bumps that formed all over.

Then, I shall FINALLY get around to drawing the skematics for Hei's weapon, and then beg a few extra twenty's out of my old man so I can go out and buy the fabric for his coat. WHICH IS DOUBLE SIDED. AND THUS MORE FABRIC. AND THUS MORE MONE. *weeps* XP

It's days like these that made me wish that I had income of some sort. D:
But oh well, the con is still in two months. I'll manage somehow~ <3

Grr, I got dragged off to Mont Cascades waterpark today against my will and nearly caught a cold up in the mountains. D: Sucks hardcore.

On a lighter note, I started planning out my ideas and fixed my pants for my upcoming cosplay of Hei from Darker than Black! I should be on schedule and making his mask by next week, and then eventually saving up enough money to go and get the fabric before school starts.

HOPEFULLY. *facepalm*

On the side of all this, I'm also planning heavily for AC3, Ottawa's November anime con! I'll be cosplaying as Amiboshi from Fushigi Yuugi, possibly Hei from Darker than Black and Train Heartnet from Black Cat. So far, not much has been said as to what is going on this year, but I'm excited none the less! (Approximately 10 minutes away from my house compared to last year's 10 hours. XD)

WHEW! I would have posted this a few days ago, but school was tieing me down so bad after I got back that I only got until today to post my report of what went on only mere days ago in Toronto for Anime North 2007! <3
